Unfortunately parcels can become damaged in transit. If your order is damaged when you receive it please contact me by email: contact@shelleyshouseandhome.com within 24 hours of receipt so I can arrange a refund or replacement.
You must keep the packaging intact when unwrapping the goods. This is essential in preventing the goods from being damaged on return. Under no circumstances can I accept returns that do not have their original packaging or from an address other than it was originally delivered to.
